The 62,864 sq. ft. facility, located on a five and a half acre site, incorporates a 51,032 sq ft production shop. There are 3 heavy truck access points with easy access to all major transportation routes. Design and Detailing
Collins Steel offers structural steel detailing and third party design services to owners, general contractors, engineers and steel fabricators. We have a blend of manual and computer aided drafting experience which allows us to offer accurate, high quality drawings, on time at a competitive price. We use Tekla Structures and 3D modeling software which allows us to model, draw and track our work. It is used to detail commercial, institutional and industrial projects. They range from small scale box stores, large scale multi-story buildings, pipe rack modules, platforms, ladders, stairs and skids. Simultaneous, multi-user capability allows for maximum productivity. With a staff of highly trained, experienced detailers and checkers Collins Steel can complete any type of structural steel project including: Commercial, Institutional, Industrial, Miscellaneous, Stairs, Handrails, Platework, Grating, Skids, Pipe Racks
